We envision a society where Islamic values are deeply ingrained, and every Muslim has the opportunity to experience the enriching guidance of their faith.
The Member O Mehrab Foundation India is a model organisation of the Imams and Khateebs of mosques of the country, with which about 10000 Imams and Khateebs across the country are associated, to whom statements on pressing topics are sent out every Wednesday so they can deliver Fridays sermons on these topics. So far, 360 sermons have been sent out, covering important topics like NRC, CAA, Triple Talaq, hijab, polygamy, ending communalism, the need for peace, security and justice, the Uniform Civil Code, the Waqf Amendment Bill, etc.
Alhamdulillah, in response to the country's circumstances, about a year and a half ago, the Member O Mehrab Foundation launched a movement called 'Let's plan something, let's do some work' so that through this movement an attempt is made to connect seventy per cent of the Muslims of this country, who are living without religious guidance, back to their faith. The movement has been systematically launched in the following eight states: Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, and Gujarat. Each state has been designated a zone. A spokesperson on salary has been appointed for each state and fourwheeler vehicles have been arranged in most states, to target one district every month through a road map set in each zone, and work on five or six points out of the fifteen points of the movement which are prioritised.
To keep young girls and housewives connected to their faith, Marakiz-e-Niswan are being established nationwide, offering two hours of daily religious education. So far, more than 200 such centres have been set up in Hyderabad and the other eight states, where thousands of young girls and housewives are receiving Islamic education and training daily. A regular curriculum has been prescribed for this system, in which books are taught covering topics like beliefs, worship, ethics, the life of the Prophet, transactions, and social conduct. If this curriculum is needed in any state, please contact this number: 8019878784.
Our primary mission is to disseminate the message of Islam in a clear and accessible manner, fostering a deeper connection with religion among children, youth, women, and all segments of society. We strive to promote moral and spiritual reform, addressing the current reality where a significant portion of our Muslim community is distanced from their faith.
